Code Two Revisions (after initial publication)

• Issue with Rule 21-1

  Based on a comment in our discussion section, we have revised Rule 21-1 for clarity. Our intention is that Rule 21-1 (stroke-and-distance penalty) may be applied when the ball's location is known and it lies on the course i.e., that this rule is not applicable for balls out of bounds or lost outside of a water hazard (as Rule 21-2 applies in that case).
