If english is not our home language especially proper understanding of each definition and its meaning in the Rules is very important. For that reason exact explanation of each definition would be helpful.
For example, I like that the definition for CLAIM is added but its meaning is not exactly explained. In the present rules (definitions) the same word has different meaning if our translations are correct.
